  • TrailView does not sell personal information for monetary gain.

  • We only share information with insurance carriers, underwriters, or service providers when necessary to provide quotes, issue policies, or service accounts.

  • We do not use or share IP addresses, cookies, or browsing history for underwriting, policy eligibility, or pricing.

  • Any limited analytics collected by Squarespace or third-party tools is used only for site performance and is not connected to your insurance records.

  • Payroll data and annual revenues.

  • Business operations (daily tasks, services performed).

  • Workplace information (who performs tasks, number of employees, safety procedures).

Personal/Home Insurance

  • Property characteristics (square footage, construction materials, year built).

  • Number of household residents.

  • Safety and risk features (alarms, sprinklers, roofing, etc.).

Life Insurance

  • Financial information (income, assets, liabilities) to determine coverage needs.

  • Personal and lifestyle information required by carriers for underwriting.

Limitations

  • We may retain certain information as required by law or to service existing insurance policies.

  • Exercising your rights will not affect your ability to obtain quotes or services from us.
