  • We do not use IP addresses, cookie data, or browsing history to determine insurance eligibility or pricing.

  • Internet and device information may be passively collected by Squarespace for site performance analytics, but this data is not connected to your insurance file.

How We Use Information
We use personal information to:

  • Provide insurance quotes, place coverage, and service policies.

  • Communicate with you about your applications, policies, renewals, and claims.

  • Send you updates via SMS if you opt in.

  • Assist with underwriting by supplying required details to insurance carriers.

  • Fulfill legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use personal information for purposes unrelated to your insurance needs.

How We Share Information

  • SMS Consent Communication: The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

    • Policy Notifications including billing, cancellations, policy changes, etc.

    • Quote follow ups

    • Customer Care/Check ins to ensure we are providing you with support you need

  • Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per month related to your current Insurance policies.

  • Example: "Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 1 SMS messages per month regarding your policy or account status."

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: 

  •  Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your cell phone carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In for Text Message Method:

  •  You may opt in to receive SMS messages from TrailView Insurance Agency in the following ways:

    • By submitting an online form

    • Verbal consent via phone or in person appointment

    • Sending email to TrailView representative

    • Texting our office phone number

Opt-Out for Text Message Method:

  •  You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
